Contestant Information
Gate passes, contestant parking, camping, grounds rules, and helpful links for competitors.
Contestant Admission Passes
- When you arrive at the gate, let the gate crew know you are a contestant. They will have your name on file and provide your pass.
- If there are any problems, be ready to pay the gate fee and you will be reimbursed at the rodeo office in the announcer’s booth.
- BCRA contestants get a weekend pass and must be BCRA members in good standing.
- Local contestants get a day pass for the day they are competing.
Contestant Parking & Camping
- Parking only in Contestant Area.
- Park close to others. No more than 3.5 metres between units.
- Pens must be no more than 12′ x 12′ and directly behind your setup.
- Contestant horses are not permitted in the rodeo pens.
- Generators may only be used if necessary between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- No glass on the grounds.
